That"s a pretty nasty lookin" t-bone ya" got there. Looks like somebody wasn"t paying attention....
Lemme guess. The truck driver (he/she)was on their cell phone at the time of the accident?
And didn"t you just get your car?

is it fixable or no? what has the insurance company deemed it

 

That's brutal. Not what I wanted to see just after lunch.

 

They deemed it fixable unless theres more damage below the surface
But they said most likely, even if its all messed up, they wont deem it totaled because its an 09

 

well thats what i thought with the rental car cuz its an 09 it will be fixed but they still wrote it off. bleh

 

UPDATE:

They have to replace my

Rear bumper
Rear right quarter panel
Rear right wheel arch
Rear right door (Whole thing including glass, it shattered inside)
Rear right suspension
Rear right housing
Fuel tank neck, cap and mouth
Something to do with the rear right brake
And they had to do something to the chassis

Comes out to about $5,540
Already been in the shop a week and a few days
Should be ready next week (After next weekend :/ )
