Default What model Mazda3 is this?

Hello! I posted a few days ago that I was deciding between at 2005 Mazda3 base model or a 2006 3 hatchback grand touring... or at least I thought. I ended up buying the "grand touring," but now I'm pretty sure that it is a lower model and wanted to see if I could get a second opinion.

Here are some pictures of the one I bought
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2006-...item230b3f9839

Some reasons why I think it probably isn't a GTS is that it doesn't have leather seats, there is not trip computer, or tire sensors. Also the seats aren't automatic, which I thought they were on this model. Any thoughts??

I think I got mislead a bit!

No, not a GT, but nice none-the-less.
You're better off w/o leather anyway, IMO, and it's not the best quality either. But its too bad no LED tails. Those are cool.

The sun/moonroof and Bose only came together as a package. A word of warning about the 6-disc though: They are not as relaible as the single disc is.

Auto seats? You might be confusing auto climate/auto headlights or auto wipers w/seats.

Thanks for the info. I'm guessing the touring because it does have the sunroof. Maybe I can change to the led so I can feel cooler!

It does have the 17" rims, and I thought this was only a GTS thing, but maybe they were changed by the previous owner.

Nope. All the HB's, S models really, sedan or HB come w/17's, except the base model in Canada that we don't even have here.
They offer a 2.0L version of the HB in Canada. No rear wing and 16" wheels are the easiest way to tell. The HB's look weird w/o that wing to me, even if it is almost useless.

I was trying to remember the name of that color when I first saw the posting, and I remember now that it is called Strato Blue Mica, in case you're interested?
It was the last year they offered it, and I haven't seen too many though they offered it in the US for the first three years of production.

(Edit) Oh and as for the LED tails, you can spend +$400 on the outsides alone for OE's (running/brake and turns), or you can opt for the route I eventually took. Here are my eBay aftermarkets that were $150. I was a hard decision because I like the OE's, but I just couldn't justify the cost. I kept the OE reverse lights which I like a whole lot better than the AM ones that came w/them. Too big and gawdy, IMO. They seem out of place so I put the OE's back in after about 10 mins of deciding whether or not to keep them.

I have LED bulbs in the turns too so here's what they look like:

Awesome thanks for the pics! Were they 150 total or per light? I must say they look pretty good. I wish I had gotten them

The set.... I'll see if I can find a set like them.

FOUND!! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/03-06...item588a675592

BTW, and just in case you don't know already, most things will not interchange between the sedan and HB, including the taillights, so be careful to read the descriptions completely. Ask questions if necessary.
