What do you call the black plastic in front of the front tires?

Was riding down the interstate today and all of a sudden it fell off and got shredded up by the tires. Does anyone know what it is call and know a website i can buy it from. Thanks!!!

i think my dealer called it a wheel well liner when i had one replaced but i think i've seen it referred to as an inner fender as well.

This is off a 2012 BL Mazda 3. Is this what you need? Its called either a guard liner or fender liner. Google is your friend. Mazda fender liner | eBay
