Default Turn signals in 2014 side mirrors?

'14 Mazda3 5 door looks like a really cool car, but pictures don't show turn signals in those side mirrors. Are they there?

Also, we don't want the sunroof, but do want that backup camera. Any way that the dealer will do that?

'Don't know what they have in the 14's, only that the very early '10's had turn signal mirrors, then discontinued within the same model year.
I have them on my '04 3 series as an eBay, aftermarket upgrade. It can be done (see my sig picture.)

Found out that all have the turn signal mirrors except the Sport. Am still curious if the car can be had with the camera w/o having to get that moon-roof package.

Are you sure the Sport doesn't have the turn signal in the mirror? Only the basic (cheap model) doesnt have it, iirc.

I think all models except the base now come standard with the camera. To see for yourself, go to "Shopping tools", and "Build a Vehicle"

People must've complained to Mazda North America for getting rid of the side marker lights. It was so stupid. Even the Mazda2 had them. The competitors did as well. You will also see Mazda adding a second 12 volt cigarette lighter as well. They're trying to cheap out in many areas. Now, they're cheaping out by producing the Mazda3 in Mexico. Just watch the quality go down.

My 2014 iTouring has the mirror turn signals.

Noob: your name shows it lol. I don't have a back up camera. Optional. I'm guessing on the Grand Touring it is standard... At the very least optional.

A dealer told me $800 to install a BU camera. I wonder how neat an installation like that would be.

Yes, I read that they have started making the Mazda3 "sedan" in Mexico.

I guess that includes the 5-door, right?

As long as management pays strict attention the quality control, it doesn't matter if a car is made in Germany, Mexico or the Central African Republic.
