I have an 05 Mazda 3 88K miles... When I start it in the morning and drive away it has troubles shifting into the next gear. After it warms up it stops doing it and shifts fine, even after I leave work (8hr day) still shifts fine... I was told it could be some kind of sensor.. Any Idea, help would be great.

May be the transmition.
Whether it's manual, may be the clutch.
