Default Throw out bearing gone!

Today, we had to replace the clutch in his 2009 Mazda3 2.0. This is the second clutch in a year. It appears the clutch was fine but the throw out bearing exploded. Had to replace the nose off transmission and Mazda said the part for this car has changed 8 times since they keep causing the throw out bearing to wear out. I hope the 8th time is a charm...but doesnt Mazda have some responsibility in this? I just spent $850 for a clutch, and slave and spent $650 a year ago for a clutch. Has anyone had this issue as well?
thanks

You can contact corporate and see what they have to say about it. It sounds like a good case for a Goodwill claim.
