Default TCM issues!!

Hi!! New here!! so I’m having a problem with my Mazda3 I gave somebody a jump who apparently crossed the cables and now my TCM isn’t being read by my ECU. How do I reset my TCM to where it drives OK now. It’s doing a lot of jerking, and rough shifting

Welcome to the forum.

The year of your Mazda help first.

but generally if you engine was running when the cables were crossed you be lucky to get a flash to correct the problem. More likely you should start shopping for a rebuilt unit with a warrant. Have the serial numbers ready which may be needed.
