Default Subwoofer: Non Bose 2020

Hello everyone!
I have a 2020 Mazda 3 Sport GX here in Canada. As the GX doesn't have the Bose add-on, I'd like to know if there's a way to add a subwoofer to the existing system without having to butcher the nice stock system. The audio is pretty good for a stock system but could benefit from a nice 40-50Hz boost that a subwoofer can give it.

I believe the 2019 model was exactly the same as the 2020 and wanted to see if anyone had any luck upgrading the audio.

Thanks!

Have a look at Audio control https://www.audiocontrol.com/car-aud...ystem-upgrade/

I'm running the LC6i, but if all you want is a sub, then the LC2i would suit you.

This looks good. So basically one would disconnect one of the door speakers and use those lines to feed the LC2i? Are you running this on a 2019 or later year Mazda 3?

You don't disconnect anything, just tap into one of the door speakers wiring. I've only got a 2012, but this will work on just about any car out there.
