star up problems

Default star up problems
hey guys i had a problem today and i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I drive a manual 2007 mazda 3 hatchback, and today when i tried to start it it made a grinding noise the first few times, i hold down the clutch all the way, anyone know why this is happening?
