Has anyone tried to reduce the road noise in the Mazda3? What works? What doesn't work?

dynamat works in anything, but it's expensive

 

they have some of that stuff at best buy

 

dynamat and edead material work great... i know a few friends that did this to their vehicles because their exhausts were too loud inside the cabin, and now it is drastically reduced noise-wise. highly recommended, even if you don't have an exhaust system.
