Well first off I would recommend no to be looking for like issues based on bad armature internet videos and nonprofessionally certified automotive mechanics That video looks like he has broken transmission and or motor mounts. LOL
So if you Mazda is doing exactly that better have someone check the conditions of "all" your engine and transmission mounts.
