Default rusty door pillar 2005 3

Both rear door frames showed "bubbles" under the tape applique at the "b" pillar area. Had it fixed but the guy wasn't satisfied that he got it all; needless to say it bubbled again. I've seen this on other cars passing by; anyone else have this problem and how did you fix it?

Nope, and I'm not liable to in Texas.
We've just had the driest summer in yrs here. Exhaust sytems last 20-30 yrs due to a lack of winter road salt... And I'm from Pa so I know about such things.

Now in Milwaukee....
