Default rough idle

I've had a 2005 mazda 3 now for about a month. I love the car its like driving a big gocart, I'm starting to notice that it sometimes has a little bit of a rough idle to it. I was wondering what i can do to smooth it out, or what injector cleaner to run though it. It has 2.0L with 72,000 any suggestions are greatly app.

Odds on bet that injector cleaner won't do squat for your car (folks don't seem to realize that fuel system cleaner is a standard component of virtually all gasoline sold and contrary to much advertising and many anecdotal claims, it's almost impossible for fuel injectors to get dirty). First, have the OBD-II codes read to see if any are being thrown. If not, I wouldn't do anything other than spark plugs (maybe) until either the problem gets worse or you're able to read a code from the computer.
