Driver and passenger switch doesn’t send signal to passenger window. I read thread somewhere saying driver switch relay to passenger switch. I suspect driver switch is the problem. Did spray disinfectant because of Covid-19 that is when it stop working.

 

I think you will find this is the gears in the regulator. They break teeth and act erratic. Some people replace the gears but I think that would be harder than just a replacement regulator.
