Radio and usb port not working
Hi everyone ,
so here’s my problem. I have a 2014 Mazda 3, and the radio is not working. The screen is totally black and nothing works. Also, since the radio is not working , the usb port does not work either. BUT, there’s power arriving through the radio. We’ve tried to change the radio screen but it doesn’t change anything

Have you checked both Audio fuses?
Is the room fuse ok?
Is there a Bose fuse?
Have you tried disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes to reset everything?
Has the vehicle been in a accident recently?
