Radio problem after battery change

Hello, I Have 2007 Mazda 3, and after battery change my radio will not work. The display lights up and shows temperature, but the radio and the clock doesnt work. I had this problem 2 times already, but previously I took out RADIO, ROOM, AUDIO, fuses, waited for 5 minutes, then put them back in and the radio worked. Now I have tried this and tried reconecting the battery, but its still just shows only temperature and no radio and no clock. Can someone help me with this?
