Default Radio antenna disconnected or broken - 2014 Mazda 3

Hi all,

I have a 2014 Mazda 3 iGT with the factory shark fin antenna and recently the radio reception went from normal to very bad. All stations now come in very weak all the time, even nearby stations that come in fine in my other car. This isn't related to HD radio switching in & out. GPS is still working fine. I hope it's just that the radio antenna got disconnected somehow but I haven't been able to find any manuals or documentation that would point to how to get to the antenna to check or replace it.

Can anyone point me towards any manuals or videos that show how to access the antenna? Thanks.

That's a nice bull bar. I don't know of anywhere in the USA that has them like that. Is that a CX-5?

I think they mean drop the headliner. Has anything changed on either end? May be disconnected at the radio end if nothing has been done near the antenna itself?
