Front suspension is totally adjustable, rear is adjustable with the exception of camber (which requires new camber links to correct) How low of a drop are your springs?

There shouldn't be any problem aligning your car then...I've got Eibach Pro-kit springs 1.2"/1.0" and I was able to get my alignment everywhere right back to stock nominal. (with the addition of the camber links in the rear) Find a shop that knows what they are doing, apparently the one you are currently going to doesn't.

I could see if it were a real extreme drop (1.75" or higher) where they may start to have trouble.
