Exclamation Problem with Headlights.

I have 09 mazda 3 (sdn) and the nomral daily running lights are projected really low. the highbeams are fine. does anyone know how to adjust them. i understand there is a screw someplace somewhere but can someone help me out? maybe post picts or a vid.?

They're supposed to be low and shouldn't be adjusted. FWIW: virtually all cars from all manufacturers with "Projector" style lights have a sharp cut-off point at the upper end of the beam. Adjusting them any higher will blind drivers coming from the opposite direction.

thanks for the input but they literally stop maybe 10yds infront of me if that.. when im going up this hill around my neighborhood. i cannot see the curb or infront of me for that matter and its not that steep of a hill.

Sounds about right. If you want you can back your car ten feet off from say a garage door and measure the top line of the beam; I'll do the same with my 2009 Mazda3 and we can compare notes.
