Default positive long term fuel trim

Hey so my mum has a 2014 mazda 3 skyactiv i believe it’s just the 2 litre, isn’t turbocharged i know that much. I plugged in my odb2 scanner to monitor the sensors etc while driving just to see if everything was all good cause the exhaust smelt a bit off. I noticed the LTFT would sit around +2.5 at idle, but would jump up to about +12 to +14 while actually driving. I’m almost certain there’s no vacuum leaks, I checked the MAF sensor and it was clean, i sprayed it with electrical cleaner anyways. I did notice the MAF readings while idling sit around 1.30 to 1.95 which seems kind of low to me but no idea if that could be related. I drive an Audi so i’m used to annoying problems like this but i don’t know anything about what would be considered the norm for any readings as far as mazda’s go. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ps i changed the plugs on it not long ago idk if that could have any bearing on this? Also wondering if these motors are prone to carbon build up like a lot of direct injection motors are?
