Default P0299 & p0154 02

Hi all,
I've just risked a random eBay purchase but may have been 'done' !
All seemed fine but on the journey home (around half-way between Birmingham and Bristol) the engine managment light came on, together with the traction control warning light.

My local garage have just told me the codes are:
P0299 Turbo underboost
P0154 02 - No activity Bank 2 Sensor 1

The car is a 2009 (newer shape) Mazda 3 2.2
Any advice on what to do? My local garage are happy for me to source parts and to then do the work. I'm a bit strapped for cash now so taking it to the Mazda dealer is the last resort!

Many thanks,
Alex.

Wow, I'm literally underwhelmed by the level of response.
Ok, I get the hint, I'll try elsewhere.

What did you buy?

Think this might've been important for a response.

I thought "a 2009 (newer shape) Mazda 3 2.2" would be enough, was it not?

But thanks anyway UseYourNoggin, at least I know I was heard! :-)

Diesel?
Gas?
we are not all Mazda Gurus or mind readers and the more info the better. I probably can't help you, but i'm try to make you aware of what's required.
Standard or automatic?
What is the car actually doing? Bucking? Rough running? stalling?
The thing you bought may affect your car!

Ahhh, ok. It's a standard diesel.
The only discernable difference was that the warning lights came on.
However, my wife has just let me know that the car now enters 'limp mode' restricted speed, which I guess is simply a consequence of the warning lights.
