I've been doing a lot of researching (I wanna buy a Mazda3 with Skyactiv), and it seems that for 2012, only the GS models had a skyactiv option (GS-SKY), but how about for the other years? It seems that for the 2015 years, even the GX trim have a 2.0L skyactiv engine. Can anyone kind of guide me and tell me for 2013, 2014, 2015, which trim levels have skyactiv? Thanks!

And is there a 2nd Gen. Skyactiv engine? If so, which years have the new engine? Thanks again!

Mazda bought out a 2.0ltr Skyactiv engine late in the 2nd ( BL chassis ) generation Mazda 3's life.

In the 3rd & current generation Mazda 3 ( BM chassis ) all models have Skyactiv engines, transmissions, chassis & suspension.
