Default New Mazda 3

Hi all, I am a proud owner of a 2005 Mazda 6i-5 door. I love it, and my girlfriend loves it so much, she wants to trade in her 2004 civic for a 2006 Mazda 3. Anything that you guys wish you didnt get as far as options, or did get? Any regrets? And are you happy with your ride? Any feedback would be amazing and I appreciate it in advance! Thanks guys!

I got as base of a 3i as you can get +AC. sedan crank windows, manual locks, 2.0L 5-speed. I love it. I average around 30 mpg and I'm not kind to the throttle (I think the lowest tank I ever got was high 28's, highest was around 35 mpg. I only wish I had gotten cruise control.

Careful if you start with a 3i and add options, you'll quickly hit the 3s pricing.

i agree about the cruise control. i just got an 06 yesterday and that was the first thing i realized. i thought it was nice and cheap to have the crank windows, push locks, etc. but i drive 185 miles to and from college some times and when it gets to that time, its going to be a pain not having the cruise. other than that, the base i is just fine.

I bought a 2006 3 S Touring Sedan. I have power everything, leather, sunroof, 6 disc CD. Basically everything but Nav. ABSOLUTELY love it! Funnest car I've ever had.
