Default MS 3 in AutoX

I'm interested in this whole auto-x thing... I really don't know much about it, but would like to find out more about it... exactly what is it? I mean, I know it's racing, that's about as far as my knowledge of autox goes, but I'd certainly like to see what I could do on a track. Does anyone know of any autox stuff going on in tx, or am IS.O.L? Any info or websites I should check out?

hey bloodthunder,
this upcoming auto-x season will be my third so far...its really a great time. you get to know your car very well and your driving skills improve greatly. plus, its a good way to get the hard driving out of your system in a legal way.

http://www.scca-susq.com/autox.html this is a link to the scca - susquehanna region of which i am a member. it goes over the details of autocrossing so you can get a good idea of what youll be getting yourself into.

http://www.texasscca.org/ and this is a link to texasSCCA...you could most likely find your appropriate region through this.

http://www.myautoevents.com/pls/mae/frmMain.Show and this link is for My Auto Events dot Com. you can register here and check out and preregister for all the autocrosses in your area.
