Default Mod bang for the buck

I'm wanting to mod my Mazdaspeed 3 in the future once I have some savings built up, and from what I've read online, this is what I want to do:

Cold Air Intake (and turbo inlet pipe)
Exhaust single-piece downpipe (and single cat)
Intercooler (still top mount)
Turbo manifold
I also plan on raising the boost by a couple PSI (17-18 PSI max instead of 15 PSI max)

Which I believe comes to about a combined $2,000 and 90 HP (in theory). But a lot of what I'm going for is also better response.

So what do you think? Besides a new chip and tuning that all I can think of to do that's fairly cheap. Any suggestions?

As for other mods, I plan on tinting my windows, getting a dash hawk, thinking about blacking out my rims and emblems (My MS3 is Black Mica).
