Default Mazda3 Autocross Question

I am researching on entering my '13 Skyactiv hatchback in Autocross this year.

I am curious if any 2010-12 non-Speed3 owners entered in autocross and how did the cars handle on the course.

The car in its stock form, in my opinion, is fun to drive and pretty solid (unlike my G35 which had terrible body roll until I beefed up the sway bars). I am debating of just going out stock the first time on the course and go from there or get a few small things (front strut brace, front/rear sway bars) to tighten it up a little. I also may go with springs as well.

Also, for those who autocross, what pads do you use? I was talking to some track buddies and they did not like the Hawk HPS pads (which seem to be the only ones I can find for the 3SKY).

Any advice is appreciated!
