That would be a lot of concrete. But that shouldn't be too hard to come by in your business, and w/your contacts, I'm sure.
Besides, you wouldn't have to do it all at once. You could do it in stages.

It should be poured this Fall Richard, and I actually have 4 Cement Mixers that we use for gunite setting at our yard.

When I was talking about the cheaper oil my mind was in a LubePro, QuickLube, or something of that nature. I've known some of the "winners" they hire in those places and I will never take any of my vehicles there.
Most of the time they don't even change the filter unless they know your going to ask to see it.
Hold on to your hat - the dealers hire the same "winners". I don't go the the dealer for any routine maintenance, mostly 'cause I can't take half a day off just for an oil change or tire rotation. Not to mention the dealer charges more for the same service. The service writers at the local Dodge and Mazda dealerships ARE NOT "car guys" in any sense of the word.

I've gone to the same "quick change" place for over twenty years with no major issues. The guys at the one closest to home are the same ones every visit and they're all "car guys". They don't object to me watching every step (try that at the dealership) I'm able to stand right in front of the car during the process. Once the warranty has expired and there is no need for a record of the maintenance, I'll be doing it myself like I do on my other three rides.

The mechanics at the dealerships should at least be certified, the losers at the quicklubes are mostly high school drop-outs.

lol. Even though I work at a dealership, I think we charge too much haha. At least I'm honest and put quality in my work.
