Has any one drove the toyota matrix here i am not looking 2 get one but i just want to know if they are good cars

 

I didn't look at them at all since in '05 you couldn't get them in a manual transmission.

 

Compared to a 3 it's a goober car. Sorry, I couldn't resist.

 

i would have to agree with the above statement. as well, no manual = not cool

 

I recently purchased a mazda 3 5 door (gt) fully loaded. I test drove the matrix, the corolla s, the civic, and the focus. Let me just say the the mazda 3 BLOWS THEM AWAY. The matrix is a 5 door hatch on the corolla body. It handles like a shopping cart ( with one bad wheel ) the options you can get on the other vheicles are CRAP compared to a mazda 3 GT. My advice is go to the website. www.mazdausa.com and compare what you can get with the matrix and the mazda 3. Stuff like heated leather seats, DSM, TPMS, bose sound with sunroof, standard fog lamps, automatic wipers( yeah thats right when is rains your wipers go on) zenon head light ( that are adjustable ..OH YEAH) also auto matic. So go and test drive both and I can bet you will go with the mazda 3. If you need more convincing, check out what car and driver, edmonds, or road and track have to say about the mazda 3 5 door.
