So, I'm looking to boost my mazda 3 without buying the ms3. The only thing im needing is a turbo manifold for this thing and it seems to me that a turbo manifold for this car is pretty much next to impossable to find? Ive been told to buy another stock header and weld a t3/t4 gasket on there but it seems to me the exhaust flow would be pretty shi**y with a stock header. I already have a garrett turbo and i pretty just yanked an intercooler of an eclipse and the guy thats helping me with this is fabricating all the piping for me so thats not a big deal either

 

There are no Turbo Manifolds sold individually. Only the people that make the kits have them, and i don't believe they sell them alone.

I would try and locate a Speed Shop that can custom make one. But remember your gonna spend alot of money to tune the turbo, its not just bold and go.

 

all you need to do is call HiBoost, Hassor SCI and they will send you a manifold....they aren't hard to find at all.


i think Ricardo over at F2 even has a manifold for his focus that bolted up to the MZR

Do you have any experience with this? If you don't know what you are doing, you stand a good chance of causing yourself some major problems. Just my .02

 

to the original poster if you are still watching this. i have someone back east the is looking to part with his manifold, intercooler and piping if you are interested. if you are (or anyone else is) shoot me a pm and i'll get you his info. he's not on these forums, but on mazda3forums. just want to help if i can.
