Mazda 3 suspension
I’ve been slowly modifying my 2018 mazda 3 to make it a bit more fun. Simple muffler delete, a k&n filter, intake resonator delete, and performance pads. I want to make it handle better around turns, and I was thinking I’d get some stiffer springs. I want to keep it around it’s factory ride height, or a little lower (I want it to be a bit of a sleeper). Where can I find some affordable coilovers? Thanks
First off it is increased % over stock rear sway bar that will net the best safe increase in anti roll characteristics. Increased spring rates aide to support the anti roll bars The Springs specifically for that "sleeper" look with increase anti roll support you are looking for are available from Racing Beat. You may as well look at their rear anti roll bar as well. CorkSport has a nice rear sway bar but IMHO unless you intend to do cone chasing or occasionally a TRACK Day they are really stupidly to much for the average driver that has no acquired TRACK TIME or a Driver School to learn really how to drive faster!
Coilovers in most all cases for almost anyone needing to ask about them on any forum IMHO should not get them. Unless you know how to suspension tune your car for the specific driving and road condition that day's basically having them on a street car is only giving you something to brag about having . Sorry but really are you going to adjust them every time you go on a weekend twisty drive up in the hills and mountains and then re-adjust them again come Monday for the daily driving! Be honest with your self and you capabilities! LOL....
I have a 2018 Mazda 3.. here is my thread maybe you might be interested?

Honestly you should consider looking into better dampeners, which you can also see from CorkSport. A good combination is Racing Beat rear roll bar, Racing beat spring set and Cork Sport adjustable high pressure dampener set. Beyond that you really should consider to next spend some time and well invested cash Driving School at a Track to learn skills in driving faster. I have attended several over the years and they are well worth the money and time invested!
I am curious why you would delete your muffler, all that does is set off alarms and annoy people in neighborhoods. It net zero increase in performance!
