I purchased an 08Mazda 3 in December 07, the vehicle has been returned six (6) times to the dealer to repair the same problem -tire pressure monitoring lights comes on and stays on after driving ten miles. The vehicle has 500 miles -most placed by the dealer through testing to verify the problem exists. I requested a new replacement vehicle or return of my down payment. Neither actions have been acccomplished. The North American Mazda Division Tech rep., refused my request . I will now either try the "Lemon Law" or get a lawyer to get some justice. Afterthis engagement, I will advise all my friends, co-workers and the general publicNOT to purchase Mazda products.[:'(]
