Default Mazda 3 hood

I'm new here, so hello all,
I need a replacement hood for my Mazda 3. Does anyone know where to find a pre-painted hood?
I don't want an aftermarket look, just factory. I foundMazda Mart in Atlanta, but wanted some more resources.

Also, is there anyone who has done the hood replacement themselves or any info on the labor involved?

Thanks

It doesnt get any easier then replacing your hood. Disconnect washer lines and unbolt.

replace the latch and washers and bolt on new one.

Why not go with carbon fiber if your replacing the hood anyway.

yea, that seems easy. didn't know if there was any alignment issues. I guess not if you leave the arms in place.

carbon is cool lookin, but I'm sticking with the stock for now, I'm just looking for a junk yard or a parts car....

thanks

It should fit fairly close when you bolt it up, but close the hood slowly the first time to make sure everything lines up just right, if it doesn't, loosen the hood bolts a little and shift the hood around on the hinges (there should be some play in there.)

Dude, a Titanium Grey car with a Red Speed3 hood? That'd be awsome! Just think, you'd have the ONLY Speed3 True Red hood on a Titianium Grey car! (Besides, I dont want to store it, and this is the first place I found someone looking for one. $100 bucks +shipping+handle....comes to around $600.....maybe? That would cover the CF hood.....)

Well... no great bargins there. Plus some of their listings are "questionable."
