Mazda 3 GT Sport
Bought a Mazda 3 GT Sport when they were launched in June 19
Within weeks had a recall for problems with computer. Complete computer
breakdown over Christmas - car off road for two weeks for repairs.
Last week, another recall letter concerning major problems with "Safe Braking" programme.
Unreliable & possibly dangerous - but Mazda unconcerned.
Have asked them to take back car & give me market value in exchange.
Up to now, they are reluctant to help & refer my back to the dealership.
It's not the dealerships fault that Mazda have manufactured an unreliable & possibly dangerous
vehicle.
What should I do next ?

I was also frustrated with my 19 Mazda3. Finally got mine fixed with a TSB repair. I am back to being a fan of Mazda and the Mazda3.
I agree that there have been too many recalls and they have take too long to resolve the issues. The good news is that they stand behind their products. They aren’t afraid to recall a car when they need to and they have issued several TSBs to address the issues that don’t warrant a recall.
Hang in there, your problems will get fixed. One thing to keep in mind is that if you enjoy driving, there is no other car on the market that can compare to the Mazda3.
That said, I won’t be buying the first year of a new car again.
