Mazda 3 GS-SKY Purge Valve

Mazda 3 GS-SKY Purge Valve
Hi all,
I have a 2013 Mazda 3 GS-SKY and due to an engine light for a small leak in my purge valve. After a visit to my dealer they quoted me a huge amount so have decided to do it alone, however I was wondering if I can get a bit of advice as its not my area of expertise.
1) Can I replace with a purge valve that is not from a Skyactiv 2010-2013 Mazda? Or are they different in Skyactiv?
2) Looking in the engine bay it is not 100% clear to me where the valve is located, could someone point this out?
