Mazda 3 2010 rear brakes squeaks in reverse

The pads are either needing to be replaced (with new rotors and hardware) or in they were recently replaced were not bed in properly in which case there really is not a sure procedure to permanently eliminating the noise while backing up and light braking's. Good thing backing is only for short distances and for a Dailey driver not used that often.
