LED low Beam bulb swap

LED low Beam bulb swap
So I bought a pair of LED low beam H11 headlight bulbs for my 2010 Mazda 3 I'm wondering if I need some sort of an adapter/harness as well to get the bulbs to full brightness? I plugged them into the stock harnesses and the are about half as bright as the stock halogens. Any advice is great.
