I want to install my xenon ballest in hidden place under the hood,

Try in the front bumper behind the foglamps.

You dont need to remove the bumper. Just take the screw out from the bottom of the guard liners.

I mounted mine to the side of the frame rails. Still accessable, and they have some protection, but pretty well hidden from view.

Not w/o tearing half my engine bay apart and frankly these days I just don't have enough time. Life, and just making a living takes too much time these days.
It's pretty simple though. You're gonna have to pull out or move aside a few things for the install anyway. I removed the bumper cover and headlights to do mine, and the fram rails are right there. Use some high quality double stick tape, like the 1020lb 3M gray (Home Depot for around $6.00) or some industrial strength velcro and you got it.
It ain't rocke3t science.
