How many amps is the cigarette lighter?

How many amps is the cigarette lighter?

Title says it all. I'm looking at purchasing a tire inflator that requires 15amps. I understand some cars only put out 10? I checked my manual but cannot find the spec. Anyone know? I've got a 2008.

check to see what amp the fuse is and that will be the limit. should say in the manual
