Default Help with possible security device / immobilizer

So I recently purchased a Mazda 3 2007 hatchback from an auction. Bought it to fix up. I got her to start but I’m not sure if its because the fob key is missing or what but there’s this little red blinking light near the gear shift, that causes the dash lights and the head / tail lights to flicker. A clicking sound can also be heard. The doors also try to lock themselves and that seems to stop all the commotion. Any ideas if getting another fob key or taking the alarm / security device out would stop that ? Opinions on what this might be. Thank you!!

Sounds like an aftermarket alarm is installed.
