Default Heat Shield in back of engine compartment?

I had warranty work done at the dealership (power steering) and I am wondering if the dealership forgot or neglected to reattach the heat shield on the one side. I also had the cabin air filter replaced. I know next to nothing about the mechanics of the car. Can anyone help me determine if the heat shield would have been removed for the above maintenance, or could it have come loose on it's own? Any and all help would be appreciated.

Here is a short video you can see where the heat shield has come loose on the right side of the firewall.

Thanks...

unless there are wires running from your power steering pump to around that area then they could of come loose them selves, i not really sure on that one but i can say this, mine is about 60% gone due to wear and tear and nothing negative to report other than it looks crappy underhood
