Default Headlight **** not always turning on lights

Over the last week my headlight **** on the turn signal lever has been progressively getting less and less reliable, to the point where now it's almost impossible to get my lights to turn on. Obviously this is a huge problem.

I was quoted a $250 part + $100 labor from a guy at a tire shop while getting my TPMS checked out, but didn't get the part number from him. Does anyone have any recommendations on a way to fix this on a serious budget? I have /no/ money. Also, temporarily is there a way to force the headlights on through the fuse box, like shorting a connection somewhere? It's unfortunately necessary for me to drive at night for work so I really need these lights working.

Car is a 2010 Mazda 3 2.5L

The part is $85 new OEM, but if you are really on a budget a used piece is $25. Find a car stereo shop or other specialist to install it.

Is it just the entire lever? I'm not really sure what I'm getting into as far as replacing it.

Yeah I'm kind of an idiot and looked right past the link at first, lol. thanks

I do want to point out, it doesn't look the same as the switch I have now, and other places are indicating that is 04-09. I don't have auto headlights.
