Hi, I'm seriously considering getting a Mazda3 2010 Hatchback. But before I do I really need to know how big the actual cargo area is with the backseats folded down. My mission is to be able to fit my bicycle in there without having to angle it in there just right.

Does anyone have or can measure for me the actual dimensions? Or have you been able to get your own bikes in there? For reference my bike is 6 feet long with the front tire, 5 without. Bottom to seat (highest point without front tire) is around 3 feet or 3ft 9in to handlebars with the front tire.

Please don't tell me how much cubic feet it has. That is the only number the salesmen seem capable of telling me and it is meaningless. I mean what am I going to do fill up the back with water?
