Front left side marker light, and license plate lights flickering

Front left side marker light, and license plate lights flickering
2018 mazda3 grand touring.I’m not sure if it’s a rat problem. The side marker light on the left headlight and both the license plate lights are flickering or sometimes even just shut off. Anyway to check what the issue is without spending a lot of money? I checked the grounds, they are tight and not corroded. The turn signals also flash fast when the headlights are turned on.
