Engine shaking
Hey guys,
I have a 2006 Mazda 3 1.6 80 KW 109 hpwith 290k miles. I have a got an engine vibration at idle. I checked the battery and alternator it does not drop 14,37 volts while all the lights and ac is on. I replaced all the engine mounts, clutch, dmf, egr, maf sensor timing belt, injectors. I checked as well the compression, it shows 29 bars in all the cylinders.
It has been 4 years that I am fighting this issue with no results.
In this car the ceramic inside the FAP has been removed by the old owner so the exhaust is empty. I was supposing that the lack of the exhaust back pressure is the origin of the issue, but I don't know since I met a guy who did the same in the same engine but his car does not shake.
I am working anyway to restore the Fap.
When I turn the lights on in this engine I can hear that the engine shudders for 1 second and also when I turn the steering wheel when I am stopped. I was supposing that it was the alternator but I removed the serpentine belt and ran the car, the engine was shaking anyway. And the voltage is good.
Do you have any idea

To be honest I don't know since it is a 2 hand car. I think it has never been to mazda for software update.
The Fap is the antiparticulate filter, the original owner did empty it, so there is no catalyst converter and no filter. i was thinking it was the origin of the issue since there is no back pressure in in the engine except from the muffler.
here is the video of the engine
it sounds healthy you may not able to see all the engine shaking in the video but with my eyes i see it shakes and i can feel it inside the car.
I was thinking as well that this vibration may be caused by a wrong dimension of the battery, since instead of using this battery which fits mazda 3 Bosch S4026 Batteria Auto 70A/h-630A: Amazon.it: Auto e Moto the original owner was using this style of battery VARTA E9 Black Dynamic / Batteria / Battery 70 AH: Amazon.it: Auto e Moto which does not fit the dimenssion of the battery box both have 70 ah 12v what changes is the CCA. I don't know if that may cause a problem with ECU.
Do you have any ideas or suggestion ?
thank you for your reply
