Default Engine options for 2019+ Mazda 3

Hi, first post on forum and completely green to Mazda's so prepare for green questions.

I've seen car reviews online and they state that the 2019 Mazda 3 only comes with the 2.5L 186hp engine. "For now, all 2019 Mazda 3 models come with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with either a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission" - car and driver.

However when I look at 2019 Mazda 3's for sale, I see alot of them have a 2.0L engine. They seem to have similar MPG so I think its a no brainer to get the 2.5L with extra power. I am looking at buying a used 2019-2020 Mazda 3, any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Seems you are buying a MAZDA that is still under warranty I would at least check the service record history. Aside from the that if you are able have the MAZDA of your choice independently inspected at a non-MAZDA service shop. It may cost a little but worth the time and cost to make sure MAZDA Dealership did not miss anything!
