Engine oil should be changed after a few kilometers?(adinol 5-40 sn)I use adinol oil. Do I change the oil filter after each oil change? The manual says that the amount of oil change is 4.3 liters, but the Mazda dealer spills 4 liters of oil in the engine. When I pour 4 liters, the oil gauge shows the full amount.

You are in a dusty country. You should change the oil more frequently and also change the oil filter each time. Fill to MAZDA specification and then check your oil level. You may find you will need to add a little to get to full indication on the dip stick.
To check engine oil make sure you are on level ground.
Gasoline engines only.
Start engine and let it get warmed up
With engine off let it sit for several minutes
Then check oil from dip stick. Wipe and check a couple of times to be accurate.
DO NOT OVER FILL
