Default Engine fire due to electrical?

So my 2007 mazda 3 5 speed had an electrical fire (friend thinks the o2 sensor grounded out and caused a fire. We are trying to go the cheapest route. So far a shop quoted $250 for just diagnostic I’m not dumb, it’s not happening. I paid 2,200 for the car I’m not putting in more than I spent so I have some pictures and if anyone could send some suggestions my way that would be good. Friend said it could be an easy fix but we just need to know what hose was melted(have pictures)
