Default Ebay scenerio

i have been looking on ebay quiet a bit for parts just for the hell of it and came accross a "electric turbo" and a voltage stabalizer, ive heard of voltage stabalizer and am THINKING about getting one BUT do they work...what do they do. I saw the electric turbo and was like wtf is this my common sense is telling me they are selling a leaf blower i have never seen this before does anyone know or experimented with either one of these items and also lets make this thread for all your ebay purchases that have gone wrong and succeeded.

No, not really. It's basically a big capacitor. It's chargedby the battery/charging system and retains the charge long enoughso when large amounts of power are called for (fan motors, power steering motor, headlights, etc) it buffers the charging system and battery fromnegative spikes or draw. Buffering. That's all it does.It helps keep your lights from dimming under electrical loads. Don't expect a power performance increase from this mod. You'll be disappointed.
On the other hand, if you know what to expect from it, it could be a good thing if dimming lights bother you. I know they do me and I plan to install one sooner or later, but not for more power.

...your headlights shoudn't dim once so ever unless your running a system..or at least from my experience; so then why else would your headlights dim, speaking of headlights will these make my HID's a bit brighter or no.

WellI know I'm not the only one that has this issue and finds it mildly annoying.
No, a voltage stabilizer will not increase power output, onlyhelp keep it frombeing drawn away(?) It only stabilizes what's already there, as the name implies. It's a power reserve only.
