Default Door Damage

Hey guys,I got a 2009 Mazda 3 sedan sGrandtouring. The unfortunant thing is that I already damaged it. I was being reckless and took a corner too fast and spun out and i have damaged the bottom part of my right side doors. I tried to do paintless dent repair with heat and canned air. it seems to help very little ( i live in a cold climate [Alaska] ) But any way i was wondering if you guys have any suggestions before i take it to a shop. Also i was wondering if any of you guys know if there are carbon fiber doors that i could just replace it with.

Thanks guys, ill try to upload some photos when there is light.
