Exclamation Dashboard light mystery

Hi Guys,
I have a dashboard light on that not even the dealership are sure what it is.

Its the 'Cog with an Exclamation mark/point' (not the open door light) lol

I have the Mazda 3 2009 1.6 diesel manual transmission, I have 'googled' the hell out of it and all I can come up with is .... an auto transmission problem. I have a manual Transmission. When the light is showing I have a serious lack of power, slow acceleration but it will still reach 80 mph +.... just very gradually. I have used Forscan and the codes given are P2459 and P0380.

I have taken it for a burn yesterday 70mph at 3000 rpm for 25mins and still the light is on. It does occassionally go off after its been standing for a long while and normal service is resumed. As soon as I give it a bit more gas the light appears and no more power. The light never goes out whilst driving (I have recently done 220 miles with the light on) but does come on whilst driving. I have recently, 2 weeks ago replaced engine oil, air filter and cabin filter. And filled the DPF fluid.

I have tried to do a static DPF burn using Forscan but it starts and at 11% it stops.

I have it booked in to Mazda next week but was hoping someone here could give me a clue as to how to solve the problem before Mazda charge me an arm and a leg and a kidney to diagnose it.
I am still driving it and there are no noises, explosions or shudders etc just a lack of power.

Here's hoping

Wait for Mazda to hook up MMDS ( their scan tool )
